Homexa sends text messages to licensed real estate agents who registered for a Club Wealth industry event and provided their mobile number on the registration form. Messages cover recruiting outreach about Homexa and appointment scheduling, such as Zoom meeting invitations, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups after phone conversations with our team.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
When you register for a Club Wealth event or talk with our team, we may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, brokerage, market, and the content and timestamps of messages you send to us or receive from us, along with a record of your consent.
We use this information to send the messages described above, to schedule and confirm appointments, to answer your questions, to honor opt-out requests, and to keep records required by law.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider) that send messages on our behalf and are bound to use the data only for that purpose. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
